As part of our initiative to spread awareness about Kangra arts amongst school children, KAPS organized a workshop at the G.A.V School in Kangra. Conducted by our senior artists, the workshop had a great turnout of 40 students between the ages of 12 and 17.

A five day long Kangra miniature art exhibition was jointly organised by Kangra Arts Promotion Society and the Department of Language and Culture in Shimla on 7th June 2008. The exhibition was inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister Shri. Prem Kumar Dhumal. More then 90 paintings
The Society put up an exhibition of Kangra Paintings ‘Strokes of Kangra………..’ from 15th to 21st June 2007 in Dharamshala where about 80 paintings of the artistes from all over Himachal Pradesh were displayed. There was very encouraging response and about 30 paintings were sold
