Exhibition at the International Summer Festival in Dharamshala

The International Summer Festival at Dharamshala is held every year in the summer months. At the peak of tourist rush locals as well as tourists get to enjoy variety cultural and folk performances at this festival.
KAPS availed this opportunity to sensitize the general public about the dying art form. We organized an exhibition to showcase some of paintings made by our artists. The art lovers got an opportunity to me with the artists and got to know details of various paintings made under this tradition.
The distinctive feature of this exhibition is that it features the work of a new generation of artists, which the Kangra Arts Promotion Society (KAPS) has been training in this traditional art form.
